Kordia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan yang dikenal dengan nama ilmiah Cordia sebestena ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Florida (Keys) hingga Karibia, Meksiko hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Cordia sebestena diperkenalkan oleh Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
