Cordylanthus tenuis merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan slender bird's beak. Nama ilmiah Cordylanthus tenuis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 1868.
