Coryphantha poselgeriana merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Coryphantha poselgeriana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Albert Gottfried Dietrich pada tahun 1923.
