Cosmostigma cordatum merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari India hingga Indo-China. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan green milkweed creeper atau heart-shaped cosmostigma. Nama ilmiah Cosmostigma cordatum diperkenalkan oleh Jean Louis Marie Poiret pada tahun 2001.
