Costus osae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Costaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika, Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Costus osae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Maas pada tahun 1997.
