Cotoneaster acutifolius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Siberia selatan hingga China. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan peking cotoneaster. Nama ilmiah Cotoneaster acutifolius diperkenalkan oleh Nicolai Stepanovitch Turczaninow pada tahun 1832.
