Cotoneaster rhytidophyllus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Guizhou, Sichuan). Nama ilmiah Cotoneaster rhytidophyllus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alfred Rehder pada tahun 1912.
