Cotoneaster tauricus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ukraina hingga Krym. Nama ilmiah Cotoneaster tauricus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonina Ivanovna Pojarkova pada tahun 1940.
