Couma guianensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guianas hingga Brazil (Pará). Nama ilmiah Couma guianensis diperkenalkan oleh Jean Baptiste Christophore Fusée Aublet pada tahun 1775.
