Couratari multiflora merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lecythidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Selatan bagian utara hingga Brazil. Nama ilmiah Couratari multiflora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama James Edward Smith pada tahun 1932.
