Cousinia echinocephala merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kirgizstan. Nama ilmiah Cousinia echinocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Nikolaevitsch Sennikov pada tahun 2010.
