Coutoubea ramosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semiakuatik dari famili Gentianaceae yang tumbuh dalam siklus hidup kurang dari setahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Coutoubea ramosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean Baptiste Christophore Fusée Aublet pada tahun 1775.
