Crepis atheniensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Yunani tenggara (Athinai). Nama ilmiah Crepis atheniensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernest Brown Babcock pada tahun 1947.
