Crocus autumnalis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Portugal barat-tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Crocus autumnalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philip Miller pada tahun 1768.
