Cromidon austerum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape (Calvinia Distr.). Nama ilmiah Cromidon austerum diperkenalkan oleh Olive Mary Hilliard pada tahun 1990.
