Crotalaria capensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Malawi selataningga Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Crotalaria capensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin pada tahun 1777.
