Croton goyazensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil (Goiás hingga Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Croton goyazensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1865.
