Croton mayottae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Mayotte. Nama ilmiah Croton mayottae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Edward Berry pada tahun 2017.
