Croton mazapensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Croton mazapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1942.
