Croton myriaster merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Croton myriaster pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1882.
