Croton peltatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa. Nama ilmiah Croton peltatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1825.
