Croton senescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Croton senescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Léon Camille Marius Croizat pada tahun 1944.
