Croton subacutus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tengah dan timur laut. Nama ilmiah Croton subacutus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Ernest Baillon pada tahun 1873.
