Crudia zeylanica merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sri Lanka, Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Crudia zeylanica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Henry Kendrick Thwaites pada tahun 1865.
