Cryptocarya argyrophylla merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Cryptocarya argyrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Caroline Kathryn Allen pada tahun 1942.
