Cryptocoryne spiralis var. cognatoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan) yang dapat tumbuh di media tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India barat daya. Nama ilmiah Cryptocoryne spiralis var. cognatoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ethelbert Blatter pada tahun 1993.
