Cryptolepis microphylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rep. Kongo, Angola, hingga Tanzania timur. Nama ilmiah Cryptolepis microphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Ernest Baillon pada tahun 1889.
