Cuscuta exaltata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Convolvulaceae (suku kangkung-kangkungan) yang siklus hidupnya selesai hanya dalam satu musim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan tall dodder. Nama ilmiah Cuscuta exaltata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Georg Engelmann pada tahun 1859.
