Cuscuta scandens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Convolvulaceae (suku kangkung-kangkungan) yang siklus hidupnya selesai hanya dalam satu musim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Nama ilmiah Cuscuta scandens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Félix Avelar Brotero pada tahun 1804.
