Cuscuta xanthochortos var. longibracteata merupakan tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Convolvulaceae (suku kangkung-kangkungan) yang siklus hidupnya selesai hanya dalam satu musim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (Formosa). Nama ilmiah Cuscuta xanthochortos var. longibracteata diperkenalkan oleh Armando Theodoro Hunziker pada tahun 1947.
