Cyanea copelandii subsp. haleakalaensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Campanulaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Nama ilmiah Cyanea copelandii subsp. haleakalaensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold St. John pada tahun 1988.
