Cyanea cylindrocalyx adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan splitleaf cyanea. Nama ilmiah Cyanea cylindrocalyx diperkenalkan oleh Joseph Rock pada tahun 1998.
