Cyanea elliptica merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Lanai, Maui). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan ellipticleaf cyanea. Nama ilmiah Cyanea elliptica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Rock pada tahun 1988.
