Cyanea membranacea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Oahu). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan papery cyanea. Nama ilmiah Cyanea membranacea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Rock pada tahun 1957.
