Cyanotis lapidosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Commelinaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Cyanotis lapidosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edwin Percy Phillips pada tahun 1928.
