Cyathea lasiosora merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Cyatheaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Cyathea lasiosora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Adalbert Maximilian Kuhn pada tahun 1929.
