Cyathea maguirei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Cyatheaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Amazonas). Nama ilmiah Cyathea maguirei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rolla Milton Tryon, Jr. pada tahun 2012.
