EAST INDIAN LEMONGRA Cymbopogonflexuosus (Nees ex Steud.) Will.Watson
Cymbopogon flexuosus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari anak benua India hingga Indo-China. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan East Indian lemongrass, Malabar grass, atau Cochin grass. Nama ilmiah Cymbopogon flexuosus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1882.
