Cynoglossum australe merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia. Nama ilmiah Cynoglossum australe pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
