Cynorkis flexuosa var. bifoliata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar barat laut. Nama ilmiah Cynorkis flexuosa var. bifoliata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1916.
