Cypella discolor merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul barat daya). Nama ilmiah Cypella discolor diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Pierfelice Ravenna pada tahun 1981.
