Cyperus aster var. biflorus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Tanzania timur. Nama ilmiah Cyperus aster var. biflorus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis (Gustav) Albert Peter pada tahun 1936.
