Cyperus hemisphaericus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Nama ilmiah Cyperus hemisphaericus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Otto Boeckeler pada tahun 1859.
