Cyperus sandwicensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cliffs flatsedge. Nama ilmiah Cyperus sandwicensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Kükenthal pada tahun 1920.
