Cyperus seslerioides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan texas flatsedge. Nama ilmiah Cyperus seslerioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1816.
