Cyperus trinervis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Australia utara dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan australian flatsedge. Nama ilmiah Cyperus trinervis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
