Cyperus unifolius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Puerto Rico hingga Kepulauan Virgin. Nama ilmiah Cyperus unifolius pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Otto Boeckeler pada tahun 1870.
