Cyperus waillyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian) yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Nama ilmiah Cyperus waillyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Chermezon pada tahun 1983.
