Cyperus waillyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian) yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Nama ilmiah Cyperus waillyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Henri Chermezon pada tahun 1983.
