Dalbergia elegans merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Bahia, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais timur laut). Nama ilmiah Dalbergia elegans mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1997.
