Daphnopsis dircoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Bolívar). Nama ilmiah Daphnopsis dircoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Julian Alfred Steyermark pada tahun 1952.
